18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in or accessible from, Sidefiles were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.

Third-party and user-generated content

Sidefiles operates as an online platform that stores and makes available files uploaded by its users. With respect to such content, Sidefiles is not the "producer" (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. § 75) of any of the visual content available on or accessible from the site. For any content for which Sidefiles is not the producer, the original producer of that content is responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A.

Records

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, where applicable, are kept by the respective producers of the content. Any inquiry regarding the records for a specific item of content should be directed to the custodian of records via our contact channel below, and we will make reasonable efforts to route the request to the appropriate producer or to remove the content.

Zero-tolerance policy

Sidefiles has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting minors (child sexual abuse material). Any such material discovered is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement. We also prohibit non-consensual content of any kind.
