These terms govern your use of Sidefiles. By uploading or downloading files, or by creating an account, you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may not upload, share, or link to:

• Content you don't own or have permission to distribute (see DMCA).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to law enforcement immediately.
• Malware, viruses, exploit kits, or anything designed to harm users' devices.
• Content that incites violence, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Personal information (PII) of others without consent.

Violations result in immediate file removal and, for repeat offenders, account suspension or termination.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person per account; no shared logins.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading, you grant Sidefiles a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and transmit the file for the purpose of providing the service. We don't claim ownership of your content.

Service availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, file durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don't use us as your only backup.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date.
